How much does a wine tasting cost?
We charge per person to enable a group to come together easily – our prices depend on the types of wine you would like to taste, but a 6-wine tasting typically starts at £40 per person.
Are there a minimum number of people required?
Wine tastings work well on engagement and interaction – wine is after all something to be shared. We suggest that it would work well for a group of 6 or more.
If you would like a wine tasting for less than 6 people, please contact us directly at pourandpress@outlook.com to discuss your requirements.
Can we buy wine from you that we have tasted?
Whilst we are not a wine merchant, we can take wine orders from you on the night and place them directly with the merchant or producer we purchased them from as part of our service.

What if not all of our guests drink?
Wine is a fascinating subject and can be of interest to anyone, even those that don’t drink. If you would like to come along and listen, but not participate, there is no charge as long as there are a minimum of 6 other participating adults.
I only drink white wine, can I still have a wine tasting?
Absolutely.
We do suggest that a wine tasting is the perfect opportunity to try new things in a safe and financially protected environment, but if you would prefer to only drink white wines, red wines or rosé wines, we can certainly accommodate that without issue.
Do I need to get a babysitter, or can my children be at home while the tasting takes place?
There is absolutely no need to get a babysitter, we can work around children. However, you will get the most from your tasting experience if you are able to be fully present, so please do bare that in mind.
Who can participate in a wine tasting?
Anyone over the legal drinking age of 18 can participate in a tasting experience.
