Sarah Hills

Sarah has had a passion for food and wine since she was very young. Always a keen creator and traveller, trying new food and wine is something that excites her. Wine and food offer a deep-dive into other cultures and are part of our personal story. Whether we're celebrating, mourning, reuniting or simply coming together on a Saturday night - food and wine are always at the heart of that.
Sarah's wine education journey started over 14 years ago, when her thirst for knowledge and curiosity about wine saw her seek out a wine mentor to start her personal wine education journey. She now thrives on sharing her knowledge with others.
"There is a wine for everyone and I love to help people discover theirs. I see it as a challenge when people say things like 'I don't drink red wine' I then make it my personal mission to find them one that they can fall in love with."
Her ethos is to make good wine accessible to everyone and that starts with a little fundamental knowledge.

Wine Host - Passionate Consumer
Sue is relatively new to the world of wine education, but has a keen interest in wine and travel. Her love of people and ability to bring everyone together make her the perfect addition to any tasting event or party.
Sue is never afraid to ask a 'silly' question and is a constant reminder that we can choose to learn something new at any time.
"I have enjoyed wine throughout my adult life, but only in recent years have I developed the desire to truly understand it. Meeting Sarah changed how I viewed wine and her enthusiasm for it is certainly contagious. I can now genuinely say that even if I don't find a wine to my taste, I can wholeheartedly appreciate the work that has gone into producing it."
Sue gets great enjoyment learning about wine and watching others discover wines that they truly enjoy.
